If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on used or opened items for health and safety reasons.
However, if your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly make it right with a replacement or refund.

2. How to Start a Return

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Refunds
Once your return or issue is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
